Available fulfillment options may include shipping, local delivery, farmers’ market pickup, farm pickup, store pickup, or other arrangements.

Estimated pickup, shipping, or delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, seasonal conditions, carrier disruptions, product availability, production schedules, or circumstances outside our control.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, shipping, and delivery information. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Ownership and risk of loss may pass to you when an order is delivered to the address provided or transferred to the applicable carrier, subject to applicable law.

Some Lovin’ Mama products are perishable or sensitive to temperature and handling.

You are responsible for:

• Collecting pickup orders during the designated pickup period
• Promptly retrieving delivered or shipped products
• Refrigerating or storing products appropriately
• Following any handling or consumption instructions provided

We are not responsible for spoilage, deterioration, or damage caused by delayed pickup, unattended delivery, improper storage, incorrect address information, or circumstances occurring after delivery.

Because many of our products are food, flowers, plants, perishable goods, seasonal items, or handmade products, not all purchases are eligible for return.

Please contact us promptly if an order is missing, damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise unsatisfactory. We may request photographs, order information, or other reasonable documentation.

When appropriate, we may provide a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion and as required by law.

Any separate refund, return, cancellation, pickup, or shipping policy displayed on our website is incorporated into these Terms.

Promotions, coupons, gift cards, and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, or quantity limits.

By subscribing to our email list, you agree to receive marketing communications from Lovin’ Mama.

You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link contained in an email. Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not prevent us from sending order confirmations, receipts, delivery information, account notices, or other transactional messages.

The Lovin’ Mama Farm mobile messaging program may provide recurring promotional and transactional text messages concerning:

• New products and seasonal offerings
• Farm, kitchen, café, and store updates
• Farmers’ markets and pickup information
• Events, classes, workshops, and community programs
• Sales, promotions, and special offers
• Order and account updates
• Cart, checkout, or product reminders
• Other Lovin’ Mama news and announcements

By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in to the Lovin’ Mama Farm mobile messaging program, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS or MMS messages from or on behalf of Lovin’ Mama Farm at the number you provided.

Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.

Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us, seasonal activity, promotions, orders, and program participation.

You may cancel your participation in the mobile messaging program at any time by replying STOP to a Lovin’ Mama text message.

After submitting a STOP request, you may receive one final confirmation message. No further marketing messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Other words or requests may not be recognized as valid opt-out commands. Where permitted by law, you agree that replying STOP is the most effective method of opting out.

Participating wireless carriers may change without notice. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
