Microgreens

Microgreens are a major focus on our little farm.  We grow 20+ different varieties and have created several custom blends. We love them for so many reasons: quick seed to harvest, nutrient dense, flavor packed, and oh so pretty. Pick 'em up fresh and year-round from our farmers market stands (Saturdays in Troy, Saratoga Springs, and Delmar, Sundays in Schenectady), or the Honest Weight Food Co-op.
